Firmus Equity Partners is a privately owned real estate development company based in Austin, Texas. Founded in 1995, our philosophy has always been centered on protecting investor outcomes by investing in markets we know firsthand, maintaining hands-on asset and property management, and financially aligning ourselves with every property under our control.
We specialize in new development construction, value-add transformations, multifamily communities, condominiums, acquisitions, asset management, and property management operations.
